Pet Policy

While we are avid animal lovers, and are all too familiar with the difficulties of making arrangements for our furry loved ones, we are very sorry to say that we do not allow pets of any kind.

Cleaning Deposit:

At Hide-A-Way Cottages, we believe in providing our guests with an immaculate and comfortable environment for their stay. To uphold our commitment to cleanliness and to ensure that each guest enjoys a pristine retreat, we implement a fully refundable $150 cleaning deposit. This deposit serves as a mutual agreement between Hide-A-Way Cottages and our valued guests. While we take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of our cottages, we also trust our visitors to exercise due care in taking care of the property during their stay.

Providing the cottage and hot tub are left in a clean, and undamaged state, the Cleaning Deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5 business days.

Stay 6 nights with us and get the 7th night free!!

Weekday Special

Stay 3 nights during the week (Sunday through Thursday) and get your 4th day 50% off!! November – April.

Minimum Stay Policy

Hide-A-Way requires a minimum 2-night stay for all reservations. We do sometimes make last-minute, same-day exceptions for guests wanting to stay for 1 night only.

Holiday Stay Policy

The following is a list of holidays which require a minimum 3-night stay:

• New Years – Minimum Stay 3 Days
• Memorial Day – Minimum Stay 3 Days
• July 4th – Minimum Stay 3 Days
• Labor Day – Minimum Stay 3 Days
• Thanksgiving – Minimum Stay 3 Days
• Christmas – Minimum stay 3 Days
• Buck Season – Minimum stay 3 Days

Occupants & Ages

To foster a serene and comfortable atmosphere for all our guests, Hide-A-Way Cottages maintains occupancy limitations, found in the listing details of each cottage.  The quoted prices includes occupancy for 2 adults in some cottages, and 2 adults and 2 children in others. Children are defined as ages 15 and below.  Please check your listing for details.

Visitors

Visiting hours are from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm.  Each visitor must check-in at the office to sign Hide-A-Way’s lease before arriving at the cottage they are visiting, no exceptions.  Guests that do not sign in at the office, before visiting a cottage, will be asked to leave.  Visitors are not permitted to use Hide-A-Way’s hot tubs.

Sales Tax

All transactions are subject to a 12% sales tax.
